Dubai Ride returns on Sunday, November 1, 2026, as part of the opening weekend of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, inviting cyclists of all levels to take part in one of the city's most popular annual cycling events.

Organisers have set up two route options this year: a challenging 12km course along Sheikh Zayed Road aimed at experienced cyclists, and a gentler 4km Downtown Family Route designed for children, families and beginners.

Online registration is mandatory for all participants. Organisers are urging cyclists to sign up as early as possible to secure their spot and receive their bib number ahead of the event.

Three parking locations have been designated for the day: Dubai World Trade Centre Parking, Dubai Mall Parking and Dubai Mall Zabeel Parking. Given limited capacity at all three sites, early arrival is strongly recommended for anyone driving in.

Participants are required to bring a roadworthy bicycle, a helmet, and their bib number attached to the bike. Organisers also ask riders to bring their event T-shirt and a filled water bottle. Closed sports shoes and comfortable clothing are necessary, while large bags are not permitted on the course.

The event begins at 6am, with the cycling routes opening at 6:15am. All participants are expected to be underway by 7:30am. Dubai Ride has become one of the city's most anticipated annual events for promoting an active, healthy lifestyle among residents.
